At the St. Catharines General Hospital on Saturday, February 12, 2011 in her 98th year; wife of the late Morton (1967); dear mother of Carol Coverdale (Dunville), Bill (Sandy) Chalmers (Michigan), Kervan (Audrey) Chalmers (Paris, ON), the late Jim Chalmers (Lorna Neumann) & Ray (Rose) Chalmers (Wyoming, ON); Lucy is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren, 8 great, great grandchildren.
Friends will be received at the HULSE & ENGLISH FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 75 Church St. (905-684-6346) on Monday, February 14th from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. A celebration of Lucy’s life will be held in the chapel on Tuesday, February 15th at one o’clock. Cremation will follow. Those wishing may make memorial contributions to the Central Gospel Temple Seniors Group.
