Passed away after a long battle with Leukemia at St. Catharines General Hospital on Sunday, November 21, 2021 at the age of 54. Survived by her sons; Michael & Douglas (Kassandra) Smith and grandchildren Lexaah, Mikailah. Sadly missed by her parents Bonnie Smith-Karkus (John) as well as her fur baby Simba. Predeceased by her father Douglas & brother Stewart.
The family will receive visitors at the Hulse & English Funeral Home & Chapel, 75 Church Street, St. Catharines on Thursday, November 25, 2021 from 10:30 am - 11:30am.
A Funeral will be held in the Chapel at 11:30 am with burial to follow at Victoria Lawn Cemetery.
Due to restrictions associated with COVID-19, attendance is by APPOINTMENT ONLY. Guests are asked to call (905) 684-6346 to reserve a 15-minute time slot for visitation and service. Masks are required.
