Joyce beamed with energy and warmth. She made each person she met feel as though they had know her a lifetime. She was so special in that way…and so many others. 

I first met Joyce almost 20 years ago when she hosted the 50th anniversary of her longtime friends, Pat and Gerry Gepp, at her home in Fort Erie. Having heard of her for years through Gepp Family lore, I was curious to meet the legend. Joyce more than lived up to her reputation and a new friendship was born. 

Joyce’s great friends describe as someone you can see after years of being apart and pick up as if you saw her yesterday. What a gift… to all who knew her. 

We miss you, Joyce!

My heartfelt sympathy to Kerri and family. I have known Joyce since the 90s after I transferred to Scotiabank in Fort Erie. She was always smiling and a pleasure to work for. Joyce will be dearly missed. Rest in peace.

I will never forget the first day I met Joyce!  She walked into the location I was working at with the biggest smile and an energy and passion out of this world.   Joyce was my trainer and truly embodied that Scotia spirit that I know and love.   Little did I know that I would come across that same energy and care for people when I met her daughter Kerri at a different branch only a few years later.   Thank you Joyce for being inexcusably you!!!!

My deepest condolences to the family. Joyce loved life and lived it to the fullest. 
We had such great times up at our cottage, Myrtle Beach, Florida and   Home. She was like a second mother to me always with words of wisdom.  I am very sorry that I can’t make it back for her funeral.  
I will always have our memories and remember the good times. 
I know that she had a long hard battle. May she rest in peace now.

Brian, Kerri, Kevin and Kelly my condolences on the loss of your Mom. Joyce was my supervisor at Scotiabank she was a good boss and motivated everyone to be their best. She always reach out to Fort Erie staff when we saw her at Scotiabankers. She will be missed. Sorry I can’t attend the services.

Please accept my deepest condolences for your family's loss. Your mother was such an inspirational leader and mentor as well as a true people person who was highly respected by her colleagues. She was truly one of a kind and her memories will live on forever. Heaven has gained a beautiful angel.

Dear Kerri and family,  it is very hard to lose a parent, especially such a lovely lady. Always smiling and welcoming. It was a pleasure to work with her. She was always so proud of her family, you gave her great joy. Forever remembered in your memories.
