Hey Jode, you were one of my favorite and first St, K friends always a laugh and I will miss you very much!  Glad we could hook up on Facebook just before your untimely departure.  Sadly you were just ahead of my best friend Laurie Paine whom was fond of you also.  I remember we used to get into trouble at the start of 8-4 you'd walk in and say Hey Ker and I'd say Hey Jode, then Mr Marino would say ok guys!  Or was it Mr Hill hahah lv keri ps only the good die young, I'll miss U so much!!!

I remember hanging out down in Port, behind the Donut Shop and Lakeport High School. He was funny; always made us laugh. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends.

Jody was honestly one of the funniest, most honest people I've ever met in my life.  I have so many fond memories of Lakeside Park and the donut shop on the corner of Lake and Lakeshore where we all would hang out.  Great times and great things to remember at a time like this.  Jody was taken way too soon and my heart goes out to his wife, children and the rest of the familes.  RIP Jodyl

My message is for Drew and his family.  Drew attends Governor Simcoe Secondary School where I am the Guidance Secretary.  Drew just told us about his father's illness and it was with sadness I heard of his passing. My thoughts are with you, Drew.  Carol Dodge

The picture of Jody wearing the lumber jacket is exactly how I remember him from our days at Lakeport.  Jody will be missed by many.  May Jody find comfort and peace in Heaven.  And his family find support through everyone that knew him.  Rest in Peace Jody.

I met Jody through my brother Mike when they were still in high school. I lived in the basement of Mike's house for a while and during that time I seen Jody almost every day because him and Mike were always hanging around each other. I got to know him and his friends pretty good. Jody was a great guy, always cracking a joke and having a good laugh. I wish I was able to see him before he passed. A while back, I last talked to Jody in an Avondale store not far from home. We talked about our dogs, my brother, his Mustang and his family and I found out we lived close. I had intentions on visiting but never did. I wish I had. I will miss Jody.

Jody was a very talented guy who had a joke and a smile for everyone. He was also humble and worked a lot harder than he let on he did. The Black Walnut Building will be a sadder place without him. My sincere condolences to his family.

Jody was a dear friend that will be sadly missed, may his laughter and joy live on in all of us...we'll miss you Jody!!! Love alway Mugzi & Sandy xoxox
