Predeceased by her husband Ken, the love of her life who welcomed her with open arms. Most beloved and amazing Mom to Corrine & Sean McKernan, Maureen & Tim Reynolds and the Batman to her Robin, Steve Cox. Doting and cherished Nannie Pie to Zachary (Kaylee), Marlie (Sam), Joshua (Stephanie), Samantha & Noah (Christine). Adoring GG to Cian and Elsie (who was born on GG's birthday, May 5, 2019). Loving sister of Lynda Shires.
Diane was always at her happiest when she was with her family. Whether it meant spending hours in a cold arena, or a rainy soccer field, a simple picnic in the park, an impromptu backyard campfire or summers in PEI.
She was a long time, active member of St. James Anglican Church (Merritton) where she cherished her time as part of the Altar Guild, the choir and the "Linen Sisters". More recently she was a member of the Church of the Transfiguration.
Mom loved her family unconditionally, always putting them first. Her love will continue forever.
SHE WAS THE BEST!
