Salvatore is survived by his wife, Shontay Stewart-Capone; his children Freddie Capone (Tamika), Ramiea Hutton, Carissa Capone (Terrance), Joshua Capone (Chelsea), Brice Finley, Anthony Finley; his mother-in-law Antoinette; his step-children Keunta Stewart, Seven Stewart, Tobin Stewart, Trashon-Travon Horton; his grandchildren Tamia, Dainire, Terry, Terrya, Terrace, TeCari, Gabriel, Joshlynn, and Gianna; his sisters Mariann, Rose, Eleanor, and Mary; his sister-in-laws Destini, Brandi, and Ashland; he is also survived by many nephews, nieces, cousins and dear friends.
Salvatore was preceded in death by his son Dustin Mossman; his parents Salvatore Capone, Sr. and Mary Catherine (nee Giambalvo); His brother Sebastian Capone; his grandchildren Destinee, Aalyiah, and Malyiah; he is also preceded in death by his beloved dog, Blackie.
Sam was a loving husband, dad, papa. He was known for his inviting demeanor and open heart. He was a jack of all trades. He enjoyed taking time to teach his wife and children life survival skills. He loved taking time to relax and practice his avid fishing skills. To know "Sam" was to love him. He was greatly loved and will be missed.
A visitation for Salvatore will be held Friday, December 2, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM with celebration of life will occur at 12:00 PM, at Alexander White Mullen Funeral Home 11101 Saint Charles Rock Road, St. Ann, MO 63074. A graveside committal service to follow at Mount Lebanon Cemetery.
