Ruth Elizabeth Effinger, age 97, of Saint Louis, Missouri passed away on Sunday, December 4, 2022.

Ruth is survived by her daughters Karin Cole and Jane Bloemer (Mike); her grandchildren Christopher Garner (Yvonne), Juston Cole (Barb); her great grandchildren Caleb Cole, Levi Cole, Hagen Garner, Amelia Garner, Kayla Garner; her three great great grandchildren .

Ruth was preceded in death by her spouse John A. Effinger; her daughter Liz Garner; her grandchildren Ryan Garner and Quintin Cole.

A public visitation for Ruth will be held Friday, December 9, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at

Kriegshauser Mortuary-West Chapel, 9450 Olive Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63132. With a funeral service to follow at 11:00 AM. A graveside service will occur Friday, December 9, 2022 at Mount Lebanon Cemetery 11101 St Charles Rock Rd, Saint Ann, MO 63074.
