Philip D. Williams Sr., age 74, of St. Louis, Missouri, passed away on Saturday, June 15, 2024.

Philip was the father of Felicia Williams, Phillip Williams Jr., Sherrie Williams-Rowe, Joseph Williams, and Philip Snipes. He was also the beloved brother to Kathy Bartlett. Philip was also a devoted grandfather and great-grandfather to 11 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.

Philip was preceded in death by his father T.C. Williams and his mother Mattie Williams, as well as 2 brothers and 1 sister.

Philip had a deep appreciation for the arts including music, photography, and movies. His love for music was a constant source of solace and inspiration, with favorite songs serving as the soundtrack to his life's journey. As a dedicated photographer, Philip had a keen eye for capturing the beauty of the world around him. A true movie at heart, Philip loved finding joy and escape in the captivating narratives that unfolded before his eyes.

Philip also enjoyed traveling. His travels took him far and wide, from bustling city streets to serene natural landscapes, each new destination offering the opportunity to broaden his horizons and immerse himself in diverse cultures.

Philip was an avid gun and currency collector. His dedication to his collection was evident in the meticulous care he took in curating and preserving these treasures.

Philip will be remembered as an "Amazon King". Philip found delight in the convenience of shopping on Amazon, where he could indulge in his love for gadgets and technology.

Most of all, his greatest joy was spending time with his family.
