Margie was a dedicated servant of the Lord and a member of Overland Baptist Church. She was a caring and self-sacrificing mother who loved cooking and gardening. She enjoyed helping others and on many occasions would share her love of cooking, whether it would be a simple meal for a neighbor or a larger meal prepared for the veterans at the local VFW. During her working years, she held a position at Century Electric where she wrapped wires for motors. As her family grew she chose her ultimate lifetime career, the role of full time homemaker.
Friends and family may visit on Monday, March 20, 2017 from 4-7 p.m. at Alexander-White-Mullen Funeral Home in St. Ann. Funeral services are at the funeral home on Tuesday, March 21 at 10 a.m. with Rev. Dave Johnson officiating. The committal service at Mt. Lebanon Cemetery will be held privately.
