Janet Ruth Irwin, age 83, of Kimberling City and Wentzville, formerly of Bridgeton, Missouri, passed away on Monday, June 24, 2024. She was born August 1, 1940, to Norman Eugene and Mary Esther (nee: Deckard) Selby. They have preceded her in death. She is survived by: her loving husband Harry Ross Irwin, Jr. after 65 years of marriage; her daughters: Angela (William) Gould, Michelle (David) Ashton; her grandchildren: Michael (Elissa) Gould, Mary Katherine Gould, Jennifer (Matthew) Varon, Adam Kaminsky; her great-grandchildren: Eleanor Varon, Liam Gould, Margaret Varon, Charles Varon; and many other relatives and friends.
Janet was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution. She enjoyed travelling - she and Harry visited many countries, and she especially enjoyed cruising. She loved dancing and playing cards, and spending time with their many friends. Janet especially loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and particularly enjoyed her time with them.
