Gerhardt "Gary" G. Herbst, age 76, passed away on December 15, 2019. Dear husband of the late Diana "Lynn" (nee Hasekamp) Herbst and also the late Mary Anne (nee Grassmuck) Herbst. Beloved father of Gary, Kim, Leah, Carrie and Charles "Tucker". Dearest grandfather, uncle, cousin and friend of many.
A graveside service will be conducted in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery on Friday, December 20, 2019 at 10:30 AM. Friends and family will gather in the parking lot behind Jefferson Barracks Administrative building 30 minutes prior to the service. Military honors will be provided.
