Beverly Jean J. Knapp

Beverly Jean Knapp (nee Shook), 83, of St. Peters, MO passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 19, 2017. She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Dennie Knapp. Beverly is survived by her children, Dan (Donna) Stout, Debra (Johnny) Johnson, and Denice Callaway; grandchildren, Danny (Amanda) Stout, Tiffany (John) Hockerson, Christine (Jason) Einsporn, Kayla (Ryan) Brinkmann, and Hayden Callaway; and great grandchildren, Marissa Pope, Cameron Stout, Dakota Lynch, Nathan Hockerson, Andrugh Hockerson, Erykah Hockerson, Taylor Bisping, Faith Jones, Kassidy Jones, Jordan Einsporn, Anthony Einsporn, Payton Einsporn, Teagan Brinkmann, and Evelyn Brinkmann; dear cousin and friend.

Beverly lived her life with passion and zest. She was stubborn and spunky and loved Elvis. Beverly loved her family deeply and enjoyed fishing and camping with her husband. She enjoyed Bingo and playing cards and was always decked out in pretty jewelry. She spent more quiet times sewing and doing handiwork. Beverly was a huge fan of the St. Louis Cardinals and caffeine-free diet Coke—which had better be at all the family gatherings! Her strong spirit will be loved and remembered forever.

Friends may visit on Tuesday, August 22, 2017 from 4-8 p.m. at Alexander-White-Mullen Funeral Home in St. Ann. Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, August 23, at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Mt. Lebanon Cemetery. Memorials are appreciated to the Alzheimer’s Association and the American Cancer Society.
