Larry L. Moreau

A resident of Springfield, Virginia passed away on October 18, 2011. He was a retired Utility Contract Specialist for The General Services Administration in his service to the Federal Government. He was a Korean War Veteran who honorably served in the U.S.M.C. Mr. Moreau is predeceased by his son, Andre P. Moreau in 2002 and brother, Carroll Moreau. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Bertha T. Moreau; two sons, D. Jerome Moreau and Pierre L. Moreau; one daughter, Michelle M. Garrity; daughter-in-law, Kara Myers-Moreau; three grandchildren, Shannon M. Daly, Krista N. Moreau and Garrett P. Moreau; great-grandson, William Andre Daly. His own family includes brother, Vance A. Moreau and sister, Claudette M. Stelly. Visitation will be Monday, October 24, 2011 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at Demaine Funeral Home, Springfield. Burial will be at Fairfax Memorial Park on Tuesday, October 25, 2011.
