John P. Sheehan, Jr. “Jack” (Age 76)
On April 20, 2015, in Fairfax, Va. Devoted and loving husband of 51 years to Kate Sheehan; proud father of 4 loyal children Kathy, John, Tim and Bridget; dedicated grandfather of 14 lovely and talented grandchildren Katie, Jack, Justin, Grace, Sydney, Jonathan, Tim, Shannon, Clara, Jamie, Jake, Ryan, Jackson and Wes. Jack is survived by his sister Martha Shoemaker. His sister Pat predeceased him. Jack served over 25 years as an employee of GSA and the Office of Management and Budget, within the Executive Office of the President. Jack was an avid reader, a fan of the arts, a history buff and truly a one-of-a-kind Irishman who loved his family. Family and friends will gather to celebrate Jack’s life on Saturday April 25th at Demaine Funeral home in Springfield, Va. Between 6-8pm.
