John Pierce Noffsinger

John Pierce Noffsinger, age 63, of Annandale, Virginia passed away on Tuesday, August 22, 2023. A memorial service in his honor will be held at Hope Lutheran Church in Annandale, Virginia on September 30, 2023, at 10 AM. John is survived by His sister, Paula Noffsinger Fergusson (husband, Ernie), and brother, Carlton James Noffsinger along with nephews, Matthew and Christopher Fergusson, and niece, Elena Fergusson. John is preceded in death by his parents, Anna Pierce Noffsinger and Glenn Ray Noffsinger. John grew up and lived his entire life in Annandale, Virginia. He worked for many years as an auto mechanic, but his real love was art. He was a truly gifted artist, and his woodturning pieces were exhibited in many galleries around the country and won several awards. John shared his talent with others, teaching classes at the Torpedo Factory in Alexandria and YouTube. John was a cherished friend, a loving family member, and a truly remarkable person who touched the lives of everyone fortunate enough to know him. John's humor and warm-hearted nature left a mark on us all that will forever live on in our hearts.
