I just found out about Frank's passing.  My condolences to his family

Frank was a trusted and very helpful advisor who put his clients first and went out of his way to be sure they were being well served and protected. An all around great person to talk to and deal with.  A great loss.  Sincere condolences to his family.

Frank's clients for 15 years, we were always assured by his calls, made confident by his advice, and touched by his cheerful spirit. We are dumbfounded by his sudden departure, and offer our sympathies to his family. RIP Coilin & Julie Owens

I am so sorry to hear about Frank. We had some great times at Annandale High School, fun summers at concerts. He was always so funny and  great to be around. I also had the pleasure of knowing him at Radford University and spent good times with him there as well. He was a wonderful person We  can take comfort in knowing he is in a better place now. To The Slee Family,
Terribly saddened by the news of Franks passing. I attended AHS for almost two years with Frank. Arriving in the middle of the school year Frank was one of the first to welcome me. Lived with him for a short time after high school and then again at Radford University. I have many great memories of times with Frank. 
Good man, good friend, Rest in peace.

In recent years, I would on occasion call Frank with a stock question. Inevitably, we would have long conversations about family. Family was very important to Frank and I know he has passed that legacy on to his boys. Ya done good, Frank!! Love, cousin Amy

There was always a twinkle in Frank's eye when I knew him at Annandale High School. He had a terrific laugh and a killer smile. Jeff Belue and I shared good times with Frank. Gone way too soon. My condolences to the family.

I just heard the awful news of Frank's passing and wanted to send my kindest thoughts and prayers your way. I played little league and High School Sports with Frank and lived in Springfield at the time. I have many great thoughts and memories of Frank and I had to smile when I saw his picture this morning. Dear Matthew, Jacob, and Family:
Frank was one of the nicest people I knew...he always had a smile and a kind greeting for everyone.  My brother, Frank Fragale, and my husband Jim played little league baseball with Frank, and went to AHS with him as well.  (They are both shocked and saddened by this awful news.)  Frank was so proud of his boys, he beamed with pride every time you asked him how they were doing.  RIP, Frank, you will be missed by all who knew you!!

Mrs. Slee, it was 34 years ago that Frank and I met during The Marine Corp Platoon Leader Class PLC summer training in Quantico Va, I've always treasured that summer, meeting Frank and Your Family. Little did I know at the time that letting Frank run a pace or two in front of me would have such an impact on My Life, I'm grateful. And in return I felt like I now had a Big Brother. The Training, the Family Holiday visits, the afternoon Runs thru Springfield, just playing baseball catch, passing the football with Frank, I'll always remember. And finally settling down to a Slee Family Thanksgiving Dinner, Thank You Mrs Slee.
Frank and I recent conversations were about how all was looking good for Him to finally come out to visit Me here in California, to meet my Family, to show Him around my backyard, to play catch. 
I will just hold that thought for Frank. Thank You Frank

My Mom just shared this devastating news with me. I am so sorry for your loss and I have so many nice memories of times with Frank. He was our baby-sitter and good "older brother" to me, who always was ready to share a conversation and a few laughs. We used to run together occasionally in NS, and I found that he had a very admirable approach to loving and raising Matthew and Jacob. This world has lost a caring and charismatic son, father, brother, neighbor and friend.

Suzanne, I was so sorry to read this and my heart aches for you and your family. I remember hearing all about your family the many times you stopped to talk on your walks through North Springfield, and our fun times together when our girls were Girl scout together.  When I saw Frank's picture and happy smiling face I knew he belonged to you without even reading his name. Our prayers are with you and your family at                            this sad time.

Madeleine grew up with Matt and we remember Frank's kindness.  Suzanne and Col. Slee were wonderful to Madeleine and her brother Eric and my heart goes out to all of you.  I'm so sorry for your loss and may God grant you the peace that only He can provide.

I know all of you will cherish many memories of Frank just as I will think fondly of the times I spent with him. I still remember Steve and I spending the night at Uncle Don's and Aunt Suzanne's house in Springfield, with Frank and Brother (Don). I can't remember what kind of trouble we tried to get into, but I know we had a lot of fun.

But more than the memories, remember that Frank was loved by many. You can see that in the pages here. 

I didn't see my cousin Frank often, but I will miss him nonetheless.

What a kind and generous friend! I knew Frank for thirty years as a client, then friend. He was always willing to help, as I have good reason to know, no matter the circumstances or what the project was. He loved sports and a good time. Full of good-hearted laughter and patience, he was an excellent companion as well as a trustworthy and reliable man in a profession not always known for attracting such. I shall miss our frequent phone calls, our yearly jaunts to see the Nationals, our occasional meetings in Old Town or Springfield. The night he died, he laughingly invited me, a vegetarian, to a cook out ("Come on over for hamburgers"), typical of his gentle ribbing. He would have welcomed me had I come, and now how I wish now that I had.

Frank, we shared many wonderful years and your greatest joys; Matthew and Jacob. Rest in peace knowing they are treasured.

Frank, you have been a large part of our lives both professionally and privately for thirty years. Your presence will continually be in our lives for ever. 
You have blessed many and may God be with the boys and your mother.

Everyone wanted to be with you and I was fortunate to have automatic in as your sister in law.  You were a loving, kind and generous person and I will miss you deeply. Members of my family have been clients of Frank's for over 20 years. I loved working with him. He was smart, funny, delivered his expertise with a personal touch, and I always trusted him.
