Peacefully passed away on Wednesday, October 19, 2016.
She preceded in death by her husband, Fred F. Duncan. Mother of four children; Grandmother of three and great-grandmother of three. She is also survived by many other loving relatives and friends.
Services will be held Saturday, October 29, 2016 at First Baptist Church of Annandale, Annandale, VA. at 11 a.m. With a comfort meal to follow in the Fellowship Hall. Interment Green Lawn Memorial Garden, Portsmouth, VA on Monday, October 31, at 12 noon.
