Tracy L. West

Tracy L. West, 54, of Loami, passed away on Friday August 16, 2013 at Memorial Medical Center. He was born on December 9, 1958 in Springfield to Melvin and Verna M. Weidler West. He married Cyndy Wilson on August 30, 1986 in Springfield and she survives.

Mr. West is also survived by his two daughters: Stephanie (Jason) Klinger of Olney, IL., and Angela (Jeff) Miller of Houston, TX., six grandchildren: Bryce, Taylor, and Paige Klinger, and Mackenzie, Kaylie, and Alexi Miller, one sister Sabrina West of Springfield, and his father Melvin West of Jacksonville. He was preceded in death by two brothers: Mark and John West, and his mother Verna.

Tracy had worked for United Community Bank at the Pawnee Branch for the last twenty four years attaining the position of Senior Vice President and had spent a total of thirty five years in the banking profession. He enjoyed boating, and camping at various locations including a trip to Maine, driving his Corvette and attending Corvette shows. Tracy would be seen accompanied by his loving wife Cyndy and his special friend Sir Winston, his white bichon who loved going on Corvette and boat rides.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00am on Tuesday August 20, 2013 at Bisch Funeral Home West, 2931 Koke Mill Road, following services cremation rites will be accorded. The family will meet friends from 9:00am until the time of service Tuesday at the funeral home.
