He was born in Springfield, IL, August 12, 1974 the son of Thomas A and Judith A (Behl) Norman. His mother and a grandson, River Neal preceded him in death.
Tommy was a hard worker. He could build, fix, and do anything he set his mind to. He was a member of the Labor Local 477 for many years. He was the co-owner and operator of T and M Flooring and More. A business he and Michelle started by word of mouth to grow into a successful entity. He was devoted to his family. Providing and caring for them was his main goal.
He was more than a friend to many. He was interested in them and make certain to see to everyone's well being. He enjoyed gatherings and holidays, often inviting others to join his family as though they were family. Family trips to Florida, camping, fishing and hunting were all the best times for Tommy.
He is survived by his three daughters: Shaina Norman, Michaela Norman, both of Springfield, and Bella Norman of Auburn, his best friend and soulmate, Michelle Norman of Auburn, his four grandchildren: Zoey Guy, Benji Dworsack, Kash Neal and Briggs Meseke, all of Springfield, his father, Tom of Springfield, his four sisters: Rhonda (Kevin) McCarthy, of Springfield, Angie (Sonny) Adams of Sherman, IL, Amy Brown and Kearah Brown both of Springfield, several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of friends.
Cremation Rites will be accorded by Bisch Crematory. A celebration of his life will be held at a time to be announced.
In lieu of flowers, those who wish, may direct memorial contributions to the Bella Norman Education Fund c/o PNC Bank.
