Terry Michael Miller, 50, of Springfield, died at 3:25 p.m. Monday, December 6, 2004 at his home. Terry was born July 3, 1954 in Chicago the son of Thomas Owen and Vivian Wade Miller. He was preceded in death by his father. He is survived by his life partner, John of Springfield, mother, Vivian Miller of Springfield, two brothers, Roger (wife, Helen) Miller of Phoenix, AZ and Ronald (wife, Joyce) Miller of Beecher, sister, Gina (husband, Rus) Budde of Palatine, two niece and three nephews. Cremation will be accorded by the Cremation Tribute Center. The family of Terry Michael Miller is being served by Kirlin-Egan & Butler Funeral Home and Cremation Tribute Center, 900 S. 6th St. Springfield.
