Terry Curtis Brown

Terry was born in Springfield, January 27, 1954 the son of Curtis and Carol L. (Scott) Brown. His family moved to the Chicago area when he was young and then back to Springfield later. His parents preceded him in death as well as a brother, Michael.

Terry was a dear friend to many and worked in various positions. He could fix most anything and was so helpful to various business. He was an avid golfer and a diehard Cub fan.

Surviving are his sister, Kim (Thomas) Thompson of Island Lake, IL and several nieces and nephews.

A graveside ceremony will be held at Oak Ridge Cemetery in Springfield, at 10:00 am Monday, August 31, 2020. Rev. Mark Gifford will officiate. Family and friends are welcome to meet at the cemetery main gate (1441 Monument Ave., Springfield, IL) at 9:45 am to follow to the graveside.
