Susan T. ''Susie'' Gentile, 79, of Quincy, passed away at 5:21 a.m. at Blessing Hospital in Quincy on Thursday, March 29, 2001. She was born December 19, 1921 the daughter of Bernardino and Asunta Frasco Gentile in Riverton. Ms. Gentile served her country in the U.S. Navy Waves during World War II. She was a member of St. Joseph Church, and had worked for the State of Illinois as a secretary. She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother: Patrick Gentile; a sister: Norma Roscetti. She is survived by four sisters: Mary (husband-Lee) Baldoni of Springfield, Laura Gentile of Springfield, Louise Giordano of Springfield, and Ethel Petrone of Springfield; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Private family services will be held at Camp Butler National Cemetery with the Rev. Patrick Render, C.S.V. officiating. The family of Suzan T.
