He was born in Springfield, September 12, 1947 the son of Donovan and Leah (Dunteman) Dunk. His parents, and a sister, Lesa Meiron preceded him in death.
Steve was a professional truck driver for several companies, lastly with Snieder Transportation as an owner/operator.
He is survived by his brother, Rick (wife Karen) Dunk and sister, Donna (husband John) Monical both of Cantrall, IL. There are also nieces and nephews.
Respecting his wishes, Cremation Rites have been accorded by the Bisch Crematory. Private family services will take place at a later date.
