Embarked on a journey, where peace gracefully enthrone,
On that morn of June, when time softly withdrew,
Her spirit soared, bidding this world adieu.
Born in Springfield, a cherished bloom,
January 5, 1964, in a cradle of love's gentle plume,
Pete Reno and Donna Martin, her roots intertwined,
Nurtured her essence, as destiny aligned.
In Florida's embrace, love's tapestry did unfold,
Ricky Lee Jones, her best friend, heart's stronghold,
He, a sweet melody, now rests in eternal slumber,
Yet their love remains, a bond no darkness can encumber.
Waverly and New Berlin High witnessed her grace,
A seeker of knowledge, embracing life's embrace,
Animals found solace in her loving caress,
Her kitty, a kindred spirit, a source of tenderness.
With a vibrant spirit, she danced on life's stage,
Radiating warmth, a beacon of love's pure gauge,
She welcomed all souls, spreading love's tender glow,
On the go, she'd journey, love's currents in tow.
Under the open sky, she reveled in nature's embrace,
Tending to her plants, basking in sunshine's grace,
Adventure beckoned, she'd chase its thrilling call,
Fearless and bold, she'd rise, standing tall.
Yet above all, her heart embraced divine light,
Jesus Christ, her anchor, her guiding sight,
Heart, soul, and mind, pledged to the Savior's hold,
His love ignited within her, a story forever told.
In the realm of memories, her mother, Donna, resides,
Bound in ethereal realms, love's tapestry abides,
Her parents, Pete and Royal "Beanie," united in grief,
A testament to love, their spirits seek solace's relief.
Michael (Dejah), and Shannon, a son and daughter’s devotion true,
In Gainesville's embrace, their love grew,
Grandsons, Anthony, Cameron, and Cayson, treasures untold,
Generations entwined, love's legacy, behold.
Cynthia, Peter (Mel), Sonia (Bob), kinship's embrace,
Siblings united, love's bond they forever chase,
Many nieces and nephews, cherished stars in her sky,
Every one of them, their love draws nigh.
Great-nieces and great-nephews, a joyous delight,
Robin's love poured forth, a beacon shining bright,
Cremation, a gentle passage, by Butler's tender care,
Embracing her essence, love's whispers in the air.
On June 8, at Berlin Cemetery's hallowed ground,
A graveside ceremony, where love's echoes resound,
At 10:00 a.m., as nature weeps and smiles,
Her spirit's essence lingers, adorned by love's aisles.
In the home of Pete and Beanie Reno, love's sanctuary,
Friends and family gather, celebrating a life's journey,
In Robin's honor, they raise their voices and cheer,
Her legacy cherished, a life well-lived, so dear.
To the Animal Protective League, a tribute she imparts,
A gift of compassion, healing wounded hearts,
The American Cancer Society, a beacon of light,
Her love extends beyond, touching souls in their fight.
Flowers and condolences, symbols of love's embrace,
Sent to 503 N. Cedar Street, New Berlin's sacred space,
Let them bloom, like memories, fragrant and sweet,
Honoring Robin's spirit, love's presence complete.
Family and friends are asked to arrive at Berlin Cemetery at 9:50 a.m. Thursday, June 8th, 2023.
Directly following, all are welcome to stop by Robin’s residence in celebration and honor of her life well lived.
