Monica J. Owens, 45, of Springfield passed away on Wednesday, May 28, 2014. Monica was born on October 19, 1968, in Benton, IL, the daughter of Mariann Kendrick and Victor Owens. Monica loved to watch Chicago Bears football and NASCAR.
Surviving Monica is her mother and step-father Mariann (Sam) Kendrick of Springfield, and her daughters Jessica Seddon of Valier, IL, and Chelsey Fischer of Dawson, IL.
Cremation rites will be accorded by Bisch Funeral Home West.
