Michael Eugene Willhite

He was born in Springfield, November 2, 1958 the son of John “Jack” and Velma Jean (Carnduff) Willhite. His parents preceded him in death as well as his sister, Bobbie Roth.

Mike was the owner of Mike Willhite Painting and Drywall Co. He was well known for his craftsmanship and attention to detail. He worked hard building his business and providing for his family. He was loved by many and knew everyone. He will be missed for sure.

He is survived by his two sons: Jason M. (wife Kathryn) Willhite, and Michael A. (Amber Brake) Willhite both of Springfield, his grandchildren: Alexis, Arianna, Arabella, Ryder and Austin, his brother, Don Willhite of Springfield, special aunt, Sandra K. Clifford of Springfield, three half-sisters: Lisa (Jim) Potts, Jackie Sue Gross, and Tami Willhite-Raufer all of Springfield, and his companion, Brenda Rodgers of Springfield.

Cremation Rites will be accorded by the Bisch Crematory. A celebration of Mike’s life will take place at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, those who wish may direct memorial contributions to the American Heart Association.
