Maysa Davis

Maysa Davis, 35, of New Berlin, passed away on Sunday morning March 23, 2025. She was born on January 8, 1990 in Carigara, Layte, Philippines to Jamie Guirindola and Ludivinia Esta Reil. Maysa married Matt Davis and he survives.

Maysa is also survived by one son Kane Seth Reyes and three stepchildren: Kayli, Mayci and Parker Davis all of New Berlin, three brothers: Mario, Marco, and Marlon, three sisters: Maribeth, Marissa and Maricel and her father Jamie. She was preceded in death by her mother Ludvina Guirindola and two brothers: Manuel and Jamie Jr.

Her biggest passion in life was being a mother to Kane Seth. Family was extremely important to Maysa. She enjoyed video chatting with her family and friends in both the Philippines and her adopted home in Taiwan. Maysa was an adventurous person who loved to travel and see what the world had to offer her. She enjoyed exercising and living a healthy lifestyle. Maysa also enjoyed gardening and tending to her plants.

Cremation rites were accorded. The family will greet friends for a memorial gathering on Thursday March 27, 2025 from 5:00pm until 7:00pm at West Side Christian Church, 2850 Cider Mill Lane, Springfield, IL. 62702.
