Marsha L. Rector Moore

Marsha was born on April 26, 1964, in Springfield, the daughter of Keith A. and Shirley E. (Reveal) Rector. She married Donald R. Moore in 1992, in Loami.

Marsha graduated from New Berlin High School and earned a bachelor’s degree from Western Illinois University in Macomb. She worked for SIU School of Medicine for 18 years as a medical coder. Marsha had a love for animals, metal detecting, and reading.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald and her mother, Shirley.

Marsha is survived by her father, Keith; siblings, Kimberly (James) Rhodes of New Berlin, Beth (Kirt) Wright of Chatham, Peggy (Jeff) Bergschneider of Franklin, and Shawn Rector of New Berlin; nieces, Amanda Wade, Faye and Ashley Bergschneider, and Grace Rector; nephews, Justin and Bryck Rhodes; and a few aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Visitation: Family will receive friends from 10:00 – 11:45 a.m. on Monday, August 16, 2021, at Butler Funeral Home – New Berlin, 714 E. Gibson St., New Berlin. A Funeral Ceremony will follow at 12:00 p.m. with Stuart Good officiating.

Burial will follow at Waverly East Cemetery.
