Mark Alan Lach, 50, of Springfield, passed away Sunday, January 18, 2015 at his residence. He was born June 11, 1964, in Greenville. Mark is survived by his parents, Ivan John and Mary Lach; brother, Michael (Jeanne Lashmett); sisters, Dawn Lach and Diana (Jeff) Janssen; nephew, Jacob Janssen and nieces, Chloe and Sydney Janssen. Mark was a graduate of Glenwood High School and worked at Memorial Medical Center in Springfield. He was a loyal Chicago Cubs and Dallas Cowboys fan. Private family memorial services will be held at a later date. His family is being served by Staab Polk Memorial Home, 8855 State Route 4, Chatham, IL 62629.
