Mark Brown

Mr. Brown is survived by two brothers: Professor Stephen D. Brown of Mansfield, PA., and Michael W. (Nancie) Brown of Springfield, two sisters: Debbie L. Brown of Springfield, and Dr. Mary A. (companion Stephen Tilson) Brown of Santa Rosa CA., one niece Sarah E. Brown of Worcester, MA., and one nephew Chris S. Brown of Quincy, MA.

Mr. Brown worked at Bass Aviation in Springfield painting airplanes and he also worked for the Illinois Secretary of State. He was a kind and generous man who was always willing to help others and he was a joy to be around. Mark was a 32 degree mason and a member of Springfield Lodge # 4 AF & AM. He was a drummer for several bands in central Illinois and he had a great appreciation for all music. Mark donated his time and services to several charities including the Special Olympics.
