Lindsey A. Sneed

Lindsey A. Sneed, 32, of Springfield, died at 1:02 p.m. on Saturday, January 7, 2017 at Memorial Medical Center. Lindsey was born on July 30, 1984 in Springfield, the daughter of Richard Curtis Sneed and Cynthia Page. Lindsey graduated from Lanphier High School, class of 2002, where she was a cheerleader, Prom Queen, and voted best personality by her class. She was a stay at home mom, and was a witty, fun-loving, mother with a huge heart. She loved spending time with her family, especially her children. Lindsey was preceded in death by her grandfathers, Robert O. Sneed and James Cassiday. She is survived by her children, Clayton and Chloe; parents, Curt (Pattie Thull) Sneed and Cindy (Larry) Phillips, all of Springfield; siblings, Amber Krager of Springfield, Andrew Sneed of Riverton, and Hollie Bracco of Springfield; grandmothers, Betty Sneed of Dade City, FL and Beverly Cassiday of Springfield; companion, Jason Hackwith and his children, Cattlyn and Daulton of Springfield; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Memorial Ceremony & Gathering: 5:00 p.m. Friday, January 13, 2017 at Kirlin-Egan & Butler Funeral Home, 900 S. 6th Street, Springfield, with Pastor Dennis Mumaw officiating.
