Linda Barrow

Linda J. Barrow, 61, of Havana, IL died Tuesday, September 27, 2011 at home.

Linda was born on March 23, 1950 in Springfield, the daughter of Thomas Goldsmith, Jr. and Pauline Goldsmith. They preceded her in death.

She graduated from Springfield High in 1968. She worked for the Federal IRS for 31 years, retiring as a revenue agent from the Springfield office.

She is survived by her daughter Melissa Barrow, her four grandchildren, Brittani Johnson, Austin Johnson, Jake Johnson, and Taylor Barrow, and 2 special friends, Pam Bates and Debbie Kinsey who were always there.

Services are under the direction of Bisch and Son Funeral Home, 505 E. Allen, Springfield, where visitation will be held on Thursday, September 29, 2011 from 5 to 7 pm. A private family burial will take place at Oak Ridge Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to the Education Fund for Linda’s grandchildren.
