He was born on January 27, 1937 in Springfield, the son of the late William Howard and Margie Bernice (Locker) Williams.
Larry had been co-owner of Valley Tree Farm in Paulden, AZ before his retirement. He had previously worked for Crawford, Murphy, and Tilly Consulting Engineers in Springfield for many years.
He is survived by his 2 sons, Ronald Williams of Riverton, IL and Randall Williams of San Antonio, TX; 3 grandchildren, Jesse, Justin, and Jeremiah Williams; 5 great-grandchildren; and a brother Jerry (wife Liz) Williams of Pensacola, FL.
Arrangements are under the direction of Bisch and Son Funeral Home, Springfield. Per his wishes, cremation rites were accorded. No services are scheduled at this time.
