She was born in Kankakee, IL October 11, 1943 the daughter of Donald and Doris (Hertz) Birr. Her parents preceded her in death.
Judi married Leroy (Lee) Williams in Springfield, November 21, 1970 and he survives. Also surviving are her two sons; Scott (wife Gerri) Williams of Chatham, IL and Jay (wife Juanita) Davenport of Frankfort, KY, five grandchildren: Austin and Sydney Williams of Chatham, IL and Gart, Kyle and Sean Davenport of Michigan, her brother, Randy (wife Kathy) Birr of Oklahoma, her sisters, Bev Larson of Wisconsin and Cheryl (husband Russ) Dierking of North Carolina and several nieces and nephews.
Judi was a past member of the VFW Women’s Auxiliary. She enjoyed spending time in the Lake of the Ozarks. She found her greatest joy spending time with her family and friends.
Visitation: Friday December 23, 2022 at Bisch and Son Funeral Home 505 E. Allen St. Springfield, IL. 9:00 am until 10:30 am.
Service: 10:30 am Friday December 23, 2022 at Bisch and Son. Pastor Chad Reeser officiating.
Burial will be in Camp Butler National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Land of Lincoln Honor Flight or Cherry Hills Church.
