Elizabeth Lucille Havenar-Moore, 54, of Springfield, passed away at 9:30 p.m., August 27, 2001 at her residence. She was born September 9, 1946 the daughter of James Fred Smith Jr. and Annie Jeanne Small Smith in Phoenix, AZ. She married Mark J. Moore on July 12, 1997 in Springfield, IL and he survives. Mrs. Havenar-Moore was a teacher for Springfield District 186. She received her B.A. from Illinois State University and then her M.A. from Western Illinois University. She was a member of the Springfield Education Association, Delta Kappa Gamma, and was a Deacon at Westminster Presbyterian Church. She also was a fitness instructor for twenty-five years. She was preceded in death by her parents, and one sister: Susan Smith. She is survived by her husband: Mark J. Moore of Springfield; two sons: Jacob Michael Havenar of Tempe, AZ, Ethan Patrick Havenar of Carbondale, IL; one sister: Robin (husband, Gary) Carbonneau of Chandler, AZ; two nephews, and several cousins. Friends may call at Kirlin-Egan and Butler Funeral Home and Cremation Tribute Center from 4-8 p.m. on Friday, August 31, 2001. Remains will be cremated and Memorial Services will be held at 10 a.m., Saturday, September 1, 2001 at Westminster Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Shelly White Wood officiating. Burial will be at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to the Lucille Havenar-Moore Arts Scholarship Fund by Jane Adams Elementary School c/o Illini Bank 120 S.
