He was born on August 5, 1963, the son of George and Shelba Withrow Burris.
Darren was the owner and CEO of Darren Burris Trucking. He was always very hardworking to make his business successful. Darren also loved travelling.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Darren is survived by his sister, Rhonda Wilson, of Springfield; uncle to several nieces, nephews, and had many cousins.
Visitation and Funeral Ceremony: Family will receive friends on Saturday, December 9, 2023, from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the Funeral Ceremony at 1:00 p.m. at Butler Funeral Homes- Springfield, 900 S. 6th St., Springfield.
Burial will be at Roselawn Memorial Park Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Shriners Children’s Hospital.
