Mr. Coe is survived by his son Gabriel (Maureen) Shaughnessy of Nashotah, WI., four grandchildren: Joshua, Jonathan, Emily and Elizabeth Shaughnessy, two brothers: Richard O. (Mary) Coe of Springfield and David O. (Dita) Coe of Phoenix, AZ., as well as several nieces and nephews.
Curtis worked for the State of Illinois Department of CMS for thirty six years. He enjoyed playing the guitar, attending family reunions, and watching the St. Louis Cardinals and Fighting Illini football and basketball.
Cremation rites were accorded and a graveside service will take place at a later date.
