Byron E. Conrad

Mr. Conrad is survived by his mother Vivian Fadden of Springfield, four children: Erica Conrad of Mechanicsburg, Amy (Demoya) Conrad of Springfield, Shane Conrad of Riverton and Ashley Conrad of Springfield, four grandchildren: Avary and Ryder Sigler, Paisley Hadsell and Journey Conrad-Gordon, two brothers: Alan Conrad of Bath and Gary Conrad of Springfield, three sisters: Teresa White of Florida, Pati (Rick) Moscardelli of Harrisburg and Brenda (Brad) Bucher of Springfield as well as several cousins, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father and brother Terry Conrad.

Byron worked at Bi-Rite Auto Salvage with his brother, Jones Concrete and Springfield Battery. His life was about hard work and raising his children. Byron enjoyed auto racing, boating, antiquing and the outdoors.

Cremation rites were accorded. A memorial gathering will be held from 1:00pm - 4:00pm on Sunday September 12, 2021 at the Northenders VFW Post 10302, 2349 Stockyard Road, Springfield, IL. 62702.
