Lynn was a graduate of Springboro High School class of 1973, was employed with All Service Plastic Molding in Beavercreek, OH for over 20 years and just retired on October 29, 2021. He traveled and played Mandolin and sang with the Shiveley Family 45 years sharing the message of Christ through Gospel Bluegrass Music all across Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee and Indiana. He loved college football and was an avid fan of The Ohio State Buckeyes Football Team.
Lynn is survived by his wife of 45 years, Kimberly Blankenship; children, Tara Wilburn, Jeremy (Jennifer) Blankenship,; six grandchildren, and two great grandchildren, Kayla Hale (Anthony), Travis Arden, Tyler Blankenship, Bayleigh Blankenship, Tucker Blankenship, Tanner Blankenship, Andrew Ogletree, Naomi Hale; his brother, James (Nancy) Blankenship; his sister, Sue (Ron) Inman; mother and father-in-law, Billie and Carl Shiveley; sister-in-law, Beverly (Jon) Mountjoy; brother-in-law, Junior (Mary Jane) Shiveley; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services are 10am Saturday November 13, 2021 at Anderson Funeral Home 40 N. Main St Springboro, OH with Bro. Terrell Hudson. Burial will be in Springboro Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 5-8pm at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made the St Jude Hospital.
