He is survived by his mother, Kay McVey of Tallassee, TN, his brother David McVey, Jr. (Marianne) of Cincinnati, OH and his sisters Mary Fairhurst of Dayton, OH and Elizabeth Eaton (Mike) of Springboro, OH as well as nieces and nephews.
Jon was very proud that he graduated from Springboro High School class of 1990.Jon loved to fish, play pool, and hang out with friends and family. He loved animals. A friend to all and a caretaker for many, Jon was beloved by his family and friends and will be surely missed.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, July 25 at Anderson’s Funeral Home located at 40 N. Main St. Springboro, OH. Visitation is 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. Funeral service at 1:00 pm with burial at Springboro Cemetery immediately following.
