BAILEY, Georgia A. age 96, of Springboro, Ohio, passed away Sunday, August 4th, 2024 in Springboro. She was born in Jeffersonville, Kentucky on January 26th, 1928 to James and Virginia, “Ginny” (Lewis) Hudson.
She loved the time she spent with her friends and family (she sure loved all her babies), sewing, and farming the family farm in Kentucky. She was preceded in death by her parents, 9 siblings, husband, Chester Bailey, daughters Lesha Bailey Carrington, Brenda Rogers, Virginia (Ginger) Martin and granddaughter, Lesha Smith. Georgia is survived by her grandchildren, Brian Smith, Lesley Kayler, Heather (Ryan) Michel, Brittany (Stephen) Hatton, 11 great-grandchildren, and 1 great great granddaughter.
Visitation for Georgia will be held Friday, August 9, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Anderson Funeral Home, 40 North Main Street, Springboro, Ohio 45066. Funeral services will occur Friday, August 9 at 1:00 PM with the burial following at Springboro Cemetery, 2348 Lower Springboro Road P.O. Box 14, Springboro, OH 45066.
