Annette graduated from Carroll High School, earned a BA Degree in Social Work from Wright State University and in 2002 earned a Master’s Degree in Social Worker from the University of Cincinnati.
Annette is survived by her husband of 19 years, Thomas Boehnke; a son, Maxwell Boehnke; stepson, Alexander Boehnke; her brother, Dennis Dean and her sister; Norma Harrison.
A visitation for Annette will be Sunday, December 4, 2022 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Anderson Funeral Home, 1357 E 2nd St, Franklin, Ohio 45005. The Funeral Service will be Monday, December 5, 2022 at 10:00 AM at Anderson Funeral Home. Burial will be in Willow View Cemetery, Dayton, OH. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
