Anna was busy enjoying life by assembling puzzles, feeding wild birds and staying in touch with family, when her health took priority.
Anna was supportive as her family grew and moved all around the United States. Her love and support were the glue that kept the family close; no matter how far apart they were.
When her devoted husband, Bobby, left this world in 2022, Anna stepped up to keep her family close. She took over the family stories and would remind each member that their family was always there. She watched the family grow and enjoyed family gatherings. She was quick to come to the defense of a wayward child but patient with time to help them find their way. She led by example, not by force.
When the years of life burdened her health, she took it in stride. Anna could be found enjoying conversations in her hospital room with the nurses. She treated the medical tours to her room like visits to her home!
Anna will be lovingly missed by her son, Sam (Kris) Hollon and daughters, Carol (Mack) McLeod, Debbie (Mike) Meldon; her grandchildren, Regina (Fred) Jones, Angela Meldon, Jessica Cook, Chris Meldon, Loralei (Zach) Roney, Fairon (Mark) Custer, Sam (Emily) Hollon, Katie (Pierson) Gillespie, and Matthew Hollon. She will also be missed by her great grandchildren, Angelina Cook, April, Kylie, Eason, Claire, Bo Conner, Eric, Danny, Ethan, Gabriel, Jade, Joshua, and Lucas. She was also proud of the newest addition, her first great-great-grandson, Sawyer.
