Dear Scott, Lois & Family,

My treasured memory of Rachel (and there are so many) is from our work together in Master Networks. When she first arrived, I could tell she was so smart and such a wonderful, inclusive communicator. 

She was my favorite creative problem solver, always coming up with unique, positive ideas and sharing them fearlessly. Thank you for sharing Rachel with our community. It will not be the same without her. But I'm better for knowing her and I can tell you that her light will never go out.

Rachel's legacy is legendary.

I am so deeply sorry to learn of Rachel’s death. I cannot imagine the heartache and grief the family feels and the hole which is left at the loss of such a remarkable daughter, sister, mother, wife, and friend.  I pray that God will comfort and sustain you in this time of great sadness and pain.

I am heart-broken to hear this news. Eli, I am thinking about you, and sending you and your family lots of love and courage.

There is an unexpected void in our lives.  It is the loss of our friend. I still see her smile. Feel her strength and enthusiasm. No task or job was too much. She had to organize and control every part of her life. She gave so much to help us all. She was a fantastic mother and always doing things with her children to have fun and enhance their lives. As a wife she adored Scott from the days in Europe together going to school to her last day. For her friends she wanted them healthy and happy. You could always count on her. So as we say goodbye we realize it is not goodbye.  She will always be here with us. You don't ever forget someone with her love, energy and caring for everyone. 
Rest with the angels in peace. 
You were and are a gift.

Rachel was such a light!  She and her mom were our buddy buddies on the dōTERRA sourcing trip to Bulgaria.  I’m so grateful I got to meet her. 
I’m praying for her kids and family. My kids lost their dad, and I lost a husband. It’s hard, but there are so many angels on both sides that will show up. You will find a new normal and Rachel will still be a part of your lives.
