Dan Rosenstein, the greatest dad, husband, grandfather, uncle and friend, died peacefully on Friday, March 8th. He was 88 years old. He was first and foremost, funny and kind. A proud Bronx native, he dedicated most of his career to serving as a school administrator in the South Bronx, which he truly loved. After retiring, he became an avid hiker and biker with a love of nature and the outdoors. He loved people, and above all, his family. Dan would make friends wherever he went. In addition to Pat, his wife of 60 years, he is survived by his children, Amy and Beth, and grandchildren, Becky and Quinn. There are no words to describe how much we will truly miss him.
Funeral service for Daniel will be held Tuesday, March 12, 2024 at 3:00 PM at Hellman Memorial Chapels, 15 State Street, Spring Valley, NY 10977.
