William Paul Teter, Sr., of Spring Hill, Florida passed away Friday, March 29, 2019 at the age of 67 in his home. William Paul Teter, Sr. was born in Cumberland, Maryland to Byron J. and Mary Elizabeth O’Baker. He was married for 42 years to Jo Ann Teter. He was a very hard working and loving man, as well as, possessing a kind soul and a heart of gold. To those who believe in heaven above there shall not be a doubt in their minds that he will reside in the house of the lord and watch over us from above.
