He was a resident of Brooksville, Florida and was born in White Oak, Tennessee on April 25, 1947 to the late Sim and Nannie Bell.
Survived by his wife of 55 years, Judy Bell; his children, Victoria Wright (Todd) and Kimberly Black (Jeff); grandchildren, Kaitlyn Black, Madelyn Black, Layni Wright, Chelsi Sizemore, and Jaci Wright; and great-grandchildren, Gracelyn Wright, Abigail Sizemore, Lane Sizemore, and Malachi Sizemore.
Lee was a devoted husband, father, and papaw that loved spending time with family and friends. He had a way to make everyone laugh and you could never leave hungry. Cheering for the Tennessee Volunteers, fishing, and camping always made him happy.
Lee was a Sergeant in the US Army that fought bravely in the Vietnam War and was dedicated to his country and comrades. He finished his tour as a decorated soldier and a Purple Heart recipient. Then he followed his passion as a Master Electrician, worked for Leeco Coal Mines, and Florida Crushed Stone.
