Karola was born November 11, 1931 to Paul and Clara Teuber in Breslau, Germany. She was married to Raymond Passage. In February 1955, Raymond was called from reserve status into the US Army as a 2nd Lieutenant. While stationed in Germany, Raymond met and fell in love with the love of his life, Karola (Teuber) Passage. Karola and Ray were married in 1957 in Bailey, Michigan, and were inseparable until Raymond passed away on March 14, 2020. Theirs is a wonderful love story. They made their home in Fremont, Michigan before retiring to Spring Hill, Florida.
Karola retired from Gerber Products Company, Fremont, Michigan as a hostess in the early 1990s where she provided guided tours and promoted Gerber products.
Karola was the last of her siblings. She is preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Karli, Roland, and Wilfried; and sisters, Maria and Doris.
Karola’s cremated remains will be reunited with Raymond's cremated remains by her nephew, Michael Ammermon. Their remains are at Florida National Cemetery in columbarium 4M 3A 45. The address of the Florida National Cemetery is 6502 SW 102nd Ave, Bushnell, FL 33513.
