He was born in Brooklyn, NY, on January 9, 1936. He proudly served his country in the US Navy and retired from a career with ConEdison. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and spending time joking around with friends and family.
Joseph was predeceased by his beloved wife, Jane Walsh, and son, Joseph Walsh, Jr.
He was survived by his daughter, Jeanne Ann Scheuermann (and husband Les). 2 granddaughters, Kellee DeHart (and husband Chris) and Brianna Walsh; 4 great grandchildren, Alison, Brayden, Cameron, and Matthew. Niece, Ann Santiago (and husband Mike); Nephew, Frank Stehlik (and wife Helen); Multiple great nieces and nephews. Many loving neighbors and his kindhearted "Papa Joe" family.
