Arthur R. Stokes, 83, of Spring Hill, Florida passed away Tuesday, November 29, 2016. He was from Titusville, Pennsylvania and lived in Spring Hill for 40 years. He was a US Army veteran where he retired after twenty-one years of service. He is preceded in death by his loving wife Jane Stokes. He is survived by his sister Betty Heffren of Titusville, Pennsylvania; sons Timothy and James of Spring Hill, Florida; daughters Teresa of Tellico Plains, Tennessee; Liz of Tampa, Florida; ten grandchildren, and one great grandchild. Visitation will be 2-4 and 6-8PM Sunday, December 4, 2016. Funeral service will be 10AM Monday, December 5, 2016 all located at Turner Funeral Home. Burial will follow to Florida Hills Memorial Gardens in Spring Hill, Florida.
